nVelocity was founded in 2003 in San Diego as Network Velocity, an IT consultancy that grew into a full managed services operation serving small and mid-size businesses across Southern California. Over more than a decade, the company covered everything from infrastructure planning and virtual servers to security and application hosting. 25 employees, $5M in revenues, and hundreds of businesses served.
In 2022, nVelocity relaunched with a new focus: helping founder-led businesses implement AI. The shift was natural. After 20+ years watching businesses struggle to adopt new technology, the pattern was always the same. The problem was never the tools. It was the gap between buying something and actually changing how the business runs.
nVelocity exists to close that gap. We work with founders who know AI matters but don't have a clear path from interest to operation. We identify where AI creates real leverage, design the implementation, and make sure the team can use what gets built.
We operate remotely across the US and Asia. The same approach that made managed IT services work across dozens of client sites in Southern California applies globally: clear systems, reliable communication, disciplined execution.
Stuart Hall, Founder
Stuart has 30+ years of experience in technology, from engineering to executive leadership to building businesses. He started in IT sales and consulting at CDW and GE Capital in the mid-90s, advising Fortune 500 companies on technology strategy. From there he moved into engineering, building infrastructure at scale for projects like AOL Fantasy Baseball and NBA Playoffs live site, and datacenter operations supporting 3,000 users across 30 locations.
Stuart founded nVelocity in 2003 and has been building technology businesses ever since.
